New Hampshire & White Mountains Landscape Photography
About
📍New Hampshire

Welcome! You'll find few things stray from the White Mountain National Forest here. NH48pics was born out of a love for the rugged beauty of New Hampshire’s White Mountains and the challenge of capturing their spirit through photography. I spend countless hours thinking about & hiking the region’s iconic 4,000-foot peaks, exploring valleys, waterfalls, and hidden overlooks, and waiting for the perfect light or season to transform the landscape. Every photograph is more than just an image—it’s a reflection of a lived experience on the trail, a moment of connection with nature, and a piece of the ancient White Mountains that I’m grateful to share.
There’s some controversy around photographing & publishing the Whites and whether it encourages too much traffic in fragile places. For me, the goal has been to turn a hobby into something I can share with those who can no longer hike or visit these mountains themselves while simultaneously helping to fund & propel my work in the White Mountains. Many of my customers are people who hold cherished memories of time spent in the Whites, and my prints serve as a way to relive those moments and keep a connection alive. This photography work also helps support my efforts to give back directly through volunteer trail maintenance.
My work focuses on bringing the outdoors into people’s homes and lives, whether through framed prints, unframed photographs, and custom orders. From quiet mornings on misty ridgelines to dramatic sunsets over jagged peaks, each print is created with the intent to preserve a sense of place and inspire others to experience New Hampshire’s trails for themselves. Along the way, I’ve built NH48pics not just as a photography shop, but as a way to document my journey, connect with fellow hikers and outdoor enthusiasts, and showcase the timeless landscapes that make this corner of New England so special. Many things change, move & evolve over our lives, but mountains & the people and experiences we share in them don't.
